About me . . .

Uptrack Bodywork & Fitness is truly a dream made reality for me, a labor of love and passion. As a kid, I never truly connected with sports until I found competitive swimming. Being a swimmer year-round for most of my childhood through early college ignited the passion for the path that I still follow today, both in and outside of work. The body and its mechanics were so fascinating to me, which lead me to earn my B.S. in Kinesiology from UNC Wilmington in 2019.

Throughout college, I spent most of my time in the gym and yoga studio, training myself and others to achieve their goals. Towards the end of my studies, I decided to explore the world of reformer Pilates and became certified through Club Pilates in 2019. During the events of 2020, I had time to deepen my knowledge, specifically in the area of movement and fitness. I officially earned my Personal Trainer certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, as well as completing their Corrective Exercise Specialist program. The Gray Institute opened my eyes to the power of full-body holistic movement; many of their techniques I still use in almost every session I do today. I further paired this with training to become a certified Pain-Free Performance Specialist later that year as well.

Through Pilates, I received great exposure to working with pre-and post-natal populations. But after training the most amazing soon-to-be-mama through her whole 9 months, I knew I needed more. In 2021, I became a certified Pre- and Post-Natal Fitness Specialist through Girls Gone Strong.

In 2021, I decided to veer into the lane of bodywork as another service to my fitness clients. I officially became a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist in 2023, after completing a holistic program at The Healing Arts and Massage School in Raleigh, North Carolina. At this time, I was lucky enough to land a job at Hood River Chiropractic & Wellness and move to Hood River, Oregon! I worked there until early 2025, gaining knowledge, exposure to the community, and creating lifelong friendships both in and out of the clinic.

And that brings me to today - opening the doors of my very own bodywork and fitness practice! Now, I live happily in Hood River with my partner Sam, and our cat Cora. I have an A+ group of friends that support me through all the twists and turns of life AND sports! I am so excited to be offering my service to our incredible Gorge community. Now come on in and meet me in person, I can’t wait to help you Reach Your Summit!

Why “Uptrack”?

In backcountry skiing, the uptrack is the name for the climbers' trail - the intentional, steady climb to the summit so that you can get to the sweet downhill ride you set out for. It’s the work you put in so that you can reach your goals and reap all the joys and happiness of the end reward. That’s how I approach the work I do in my practice, both bodywork and fitness. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, working through tension and stress, or looking to improve your performance, I see our work together as a process - helping you move better, feel stronger, and reach your own summit.
